CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION

If your child has been exposed to COVID-19, or you are concerned about your child's symptoms, please call the office.

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have changed our appointment policy. Effective until further notice, we are limiting in-person appointments to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

The following changes have been implemented:

  • Please arrive on-time to all appointments.

This allows office staff to clean & disinfect the office thoroughly between each patient.  so we can ensure all patients are seen in a timely fashion and within your allotted 30 minute time slot.  If you arrive early or late to an appointment, you may be asked to wait in your car if the waiting room is at capacity.

  • Please wear a mask when coming to the office.

Please wear a well-secured mask that covers your nose and mouth. Masks help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by Protecting the wearer, by reducing their exposure to respiratory particles that may contain the virus and protecting others, by reducing the amount of respiratory particles that enter the air when someone with COVID-19 coughs, sneezes, talks or breathes.

  • Please limit the number of family members that accompany a patient to the office.

If possible, please limit the number of people accompanying a patient to one parent/guardian/caretaker.

  • We are now offering Telemedicine appointments.

These are virtual visits scheduled with the doctor.  You may schedule a telemedicine appointment by calling the office or requesting an appointment via the patient portal.  We strongly encourage all patients to schedule telemedicine appointments when possible. For more information on telemedicine appointments, please click here. If you do not have access to a computer, smartphone or internet, we are still available for in-person appointments, adhering to the aforementioned appointment guidelines.

  • We encourage newborns and patients due for immunizations to continue attend in-person appointments, to keep up with routine care.
